Heath Farm is a thriving and growing specialist child care organisation that has been in operation since 1992 and was one of the first independent fostering organisations in England.

Heath Farm grew and developed the model of multi-disciplinary working, operating from a single site - a wrap-around service for children and young people in local authority
care. This model can now be seen at a national level under the banner of multi-dimensional foster care or, as it is known in some areas, treatment foster care.
