What does Heath Farm Offer?
Heath Farm provides the four key services for looked after children, foster services, education, therapy and contact. This wrap around model of care supports children and young people who have complex needs, whilst working closely alongside local authorities and the child’s family.
The organisation works in partnership with the key people involved in the child’s care, and recognises the enormously important part they play both individually and collectively in caring for children and young people. We work collaboratively with internal and external providers and other stakeholders, including children and young people, to ensure that our objectives and care standards are achieved, maintained and where ever possible exceeded.
